What happened in Berlin's life before the events of "Money Heist"? Fans Will Finally Have the Answers.

A spin-off series from the hit Netflix show "Money Heist" is coming! Focusing the story of Berlin (Andrés de Fonollosa), the prequel series 'Berlin' is set to release in December 2023.

The release date (or month) was shared today by Netflix sharing the first look teaser of the Money Heist Spin-off called 'Berlin'. The series hits Netflix in December of this year.

Netflix's 'Berlin' will delve into Berlin's (Andrés de Fonollosa) past and explore his relationships, including those with his five ex-wives and brother The Professor.

There might also be an explanation to the circumstances leading up to their father's death. The series might feature Berlin's theft on Paris' Champs-Élysées of 434 diamonds.

The shows creator Alex Pina had described the series as "love and heists" in Netflix Tudum event. Pedro Alonso, who played Berlin in Money Heist was a fan favorite character.

The series will also feature other stars such as Michelle Jenner as Keila, Begoña Vargas as Cameron, Julio Peña as Roi, Tristán Ulloa as Damián, and Joel Sánchez as Bruce.

It is not yet confirmed if some of the original characters, such as Rodrigo de la Serna as Palermo and Álvaro Morte as El Profesor, will make an appearance in the prequel series.

However, fans of the original show will be eager to find out what happened in Berlin's life before the events of "Money Heist."

They will finally get to witness the backstory of Berlin, including his relationships with his five ex-wives, his brother The Professor and the events that led up to his father's death.
