Are you feeling overwhelmed by the constant notifications and messages on Instagram?
Well, fret not as Instagram has introduced an amazing feature to help you manage your time and reduce anxiety.
On January 19th, Meta's Instagram launched its "Quiet Mode" feature, which allows you to silence incoming notifications, auto-reply to DMs, and set your status to "In Quiet Mode" to inform friends that you're not active.
And that's not all - Instagram has also launched other parental control tools and features to ensure the safety of teens using the app.
With this Mode, you can take a break to study, sleep or just disengage. Plus, the app will provide a summary of the information you missed when you choose to quit Quiet Mode to help you catch up.
Instagram's new feature is at the moment only active in limited countries, like United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Ireland.
Moreover, the Meta-owned Instagram has announced that 'Quite Mode' will be offered to a larger audience on the social media app soon.
