Shah Rukh Khan is making a comeback after 4 years with spy thriller 'Pathaan'

The 'King of Bollywood', Shah Rukh Khan's movie is coming after 4 years break and 'Pathaan' has generated immense buzz and hype. The film releases worldwide on 25th January.

Releasing on 5200 screens in India and over 2500 screens around the globe, in 100+ countries, the advance booking for the spy thriller from Yash Raj Films is termed historic by trade experts.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted that 'Pathaan' has sold 5.56 lacs tickets for day 1 (Indian national chains only) becoming the first Bollywood film to achieve that.

Pathaan is expected to gross around 100 crores on its opening day worldwide as SRK is a popular name in every corner of the globe.

Part of YRF's spy universe, Pathaan will have short cameos from Salman Khan (Tiger) and Hrithik Roshan (Kabir) as well.

Besides SRK, 'Pathaan' stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in lead acts. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film releases in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.

The music by Vishal and Sheykhar is already a huge hit as songs 'Besharam Rang' and Jhoome Jo Pathaan' have become chartbusters. The movie is produced by Aditya Chopra.
