José Mourinho received a red card and was sent off during the Serie A match between Roma and Monza.
The red card incident occurred in the 100th minute of the match, after Roma scored a late 90th-minute winner by Stephan El Shaarawy.
Mourinho's red card was a result of him mocking Monza head coach Raffaele Palladino for talking too much and 'crying,' using a crying gesture.
As a consequence of the red card, Mourinho will be suspended and will miss Roma's upcoming Serie A clash against Inter.
Despite the managerial disruption, Roma's victory in the match moved them into sixth place in the Serie A standings.
