Pathaan (2023) Movie Teaser Review
The much-awaited teaser of Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film Pathaan is finally here and it looks every bit as intriguing as we hoped it would be. The minute-long teaser gives us a glimpse into the grand action-movie that is going to release on 25th of January 2023.
Shah Rukh Khan fans were eagerly waiting to have a sneak-peak into their favorite actor’s next release and they got the perfect treat as Yash Raj Films released the just over a minute long teaser on SRK’s birthday. SRK celebrates his birthday on the 2nd of the November. King Khan’s birthday is one of the grandest celebration as fans gather in huge numbers outside Mannat to pour birthday wishes upon their favorite actor, the king of bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan.
Pathaan will be Shah Rukh Khan’s first release of 2023. It will be followed by two more movies, Atlee’s “Jawaan” and Rajkumar Hirani’s directorial “Dunki”.
SRK is making a comeback on big screen after 4 long years. His last release, Aanand L Rai directorial “Zero” failed to live up to the expectations of the trade and fans.
After Zero’s failure SRK took a lengthy break and now he is back with a bang as “Pathaan” teaser look every bit spectacular.
Shah Rukh Khan in a Never-Seen-Before Action Avatar
SRK is the “King of Romance” as we have known ever since Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge released some 27 years back in 1995. His negative role has equally been cherished. But we have rarely seen him in a complete massy action movie.
Don and Don 2 were more on a classier side. While “Pathaan” looks classy and luxurious, it also has the rustic action feel that you often see in South movies.
One thing is for certain that Yash Raj Films have left no stone un-turned to make this as one of the best action movie ever made in India. They desperately need a big hit. Same goes with SRK who has coming from underforming Zero and Fan movies.
In all, SRK in a spy or agent role is going to be an absolute treat for the fans. Trade people can also expect to witness some never-been-done before numbers on the box-office.
The king is back and “Pathaan” looks the best choice to announce yourself at the box-office after a 4 year break.
Deepika Padukone: Sultry and Bad-ass
Deepika Padukone has her fair share of screen time in “Pathaan” teaser. She looks absolutely hot and sexy. She also gets to kick some ass and pack some punches.
Typically, Bollywood action movies are solely focused on the male stars. But with Pathaan teaser, it looks like Deepika is going to have very integral role. She is going to get a fair share in the action sequences as well. We are going to love to see her kick-ass avatar on the big screen, that is for sure.
She has already worked with Shah Rukh Khan is commercially entertaining movies like Om Shanti Om, Happy New Year, and Chennai Express. In fact, she started her career alongside Shah Rukh Khan in 2007 blockbuster, Om Shanti Om.
With Pathaan, SRK-Deepika pair is expected to wreak havoc at the box-office once again.
John Abraham: Perfect Film For The Action-Star To Shine
John Abraham is hugely underrated action star in Bollywood. With Pathaan, he gets the perfect movie to showcase his skills in the action-genre.
While some of the fans are sceptical about the presence and star-power of John Abraham in a grand movie like Pathaan, I am fully confident he is going to rock as the guy on a mission to stop Pathaan.
In short, the teaser looks grand. The background score looks just the right choice for a action movie like Pathaan. Well, our excitement for Pathaan release has now sky-rocketed.
We just can not wait for the release of the Shah Rukh Khan’s most ambitious action entertainer.
