‘He’s got a lot in common with Kaka,’ Ancelotti on the Real Madrid Star

In his Real Madrid vs Granada CF pre-match press conference, the ever-wise Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti was questioned by the media on Jude Bellingham’s playing style resemblance to football greats, Toni Kroos’ future, and Real Madrid’s impressive run this season despite multiple injury challenges.

“Bellingham is more like Kaka”

Ancelotti, known for his knack in nurturing talent, was asked about Bellingham’s playing style compared to legends like Zidane, Di Stefano, and Cruyff.

Nonchalantly, he sidestepped direct comparisons but hinted at a striking resemblance to the legendary Kaka, the ex-Brazilian international and Real Madrid footballer.

“I don’t compare, but I’ll say that he has many similarities with Kaka,” Ancelotti remarked.

The football world awaits to witness Bellingham’s continued growth under Ancelotti’s guidance who has already started his Madrid career exceptionally well scoring 15 goals in first 16 games.

Ancelotti on Kroos’ Plan for Future

With Toni Kroos’ contract set to expire in June, the question of midfield meastro’s retirement lingers who has already said his goodbye to national duty two years back.

Ancelotti remains supportive and calls for respecting Kroos decision-making process when the season ends.

“Kroos will decide by himself [if he retires this season]. He knows we love him,” Ancelotti asserted. The coach mentioned Kroos’ consistent performance despite his age and his compatibility with fellow midfielders Valverde, Camavinga, and Tchouaméni in different midfield schemes.

“He feels very good. His level is always the same. He plays well with Valverde, with Camavinga, with Tchouaméni…,” Ancelotti added.

“We follow Endrick,” Says Ancelotti

Another answer from Ancelotti was the club’s keen interest in the rising star Endrick, the Brazilian prospect set to join the club in the summer next year.

“We follow Endrick; we are delighted with him. We notice that his progression is very, very fast,” Ancelotti shared with optimism about the young talent’s future with Real Madrid.

Real Madrid, who have already confirmed their UCL play off entry, are top of the Spanish league table and will take on Granada CF on Saturday matchday.
