To create a Google Classroom account, you'll need a Google account. If you don't have one, you can create one for free.

Once you have a Google account, you can go to classroom.google.com and click "Create class."

Enter a name for your class and a section, then click "Create." You can then add a description and an image for your class.

Once your class is created, you can invite students by entering their email addresses. You can also add students manually by clicking "Add students"
